Anthony J. Cirino, D.O.
Dr. Cirino is a native of Northeast Ohio and a proud first-generation American.
His father was born in Italy and his mother in Greece. Growing up in the city of
Euclid, he attended John Carroll University for his undergraduate studies before
attending Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, College of
Osteopathic Medicine, where he obtained his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
degree in 1998.
He then went on to serve a medical internship at Summa Health System in
Akron, Ohio, where he also completed his Ophthalmology Residency in 2002.
Dr. Cirino served as Chief Resident in his final year of residency. He is Board
Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Cirino entered private practice in Akron, Ohio in 2002. He left to join the staff
of the Cleveland Clinic. Frustrated with being unable to spend proper time with
his patients, in September 2006 Dr. Cirino opened his own office - Cirino Eye
Center in Brunswick, Ohio.
Dr. Cirino has been married 13 years to his wife Rebecca, also a physician.
They have five children.
